Premium strength amber ale brewed with Bramling Cross hops and late added with Cascade and Mosaic hops for a tropical hop aroma.  Extra Pale Ale malt, Carapils and malted wheat balance this beer for a full bodied, hoppy finish which is ideal with spicy food.
