Elgood’s award-winning beer ‘Golden Newt’ has been chosen to be sold in the Strangers’ Bar in the Palace of Westminster.
On Thursday 21st October Managing Director Belinda Sutton, Director Claire Simpson, & National Accounts Manager Paul Marshall, accompanied by members of Peterborough CAMRA, met local MP Stephen Barclay at the Houses of Parliament to try the beer in its latest outlet. Unfortunately, (or perhaps inevitably given the quality of the brew!) when they arrived at the bar it had sold out. Paul Marshall will be organising an emergency delivery as soon as possible!
