A few weeks ago we were approached by Lynne Tyler, of Lichfield Arts, who told us about Babs Elgood, who has volunteered at their Annual Winter Beer Festival since its inception 28 years ago.
The Committee planned to make a presentation to Babs and Lynne asked if we could help as Elgood’s Black Dog and Golden Newt are among her favourite beers. How could we refuse a lady with such an illustrious name and such excellent taste?! So a box of branded goodies were sent over to Lynne for the presentation.
