2020 was rather a year to forget, with us having to cancel most of our events. We hope that 2021 will allow us to tentatively plan a gradual re-opening and hosting of some of our usual events. Elgood’s Coolship
ELGOOD’S BREWERY will be launching a brand new bottled beer at Craft Beer Rising part of London Beer Week 2015.
Elgood’s Coolship Sour Ale. Brewed using traditional methods & original brewing equipment. Spontaneous fermentation is initiated on our unique double coolships.
A long period of fermentation and maturation in special tanks enables naturally occurring wild yeasts, combined with oak, to create its sharp fruity flavour. A true sour English Ale.
The event runs from 19th to 22nd of February 2015 at the Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London.
